Privacy Policy — Case Went Cold Uploader

Case Went Cold Uploader is an internal tool operated by Sara Digital Studios (saradigitalstudios.com) to publish videos to YouTube channels that we own, including Case Went Cold and Porch Light Tales. It runs on our own computer and is not offered to the public.

What the app does

The app uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos, set thumbnails, add videos to playlists and schedule publish times on our own YouTube channels.

Google user data

The app requests the OAuth scopes youtube.upload and youtube. It uses them only to upload and manage videos on channels owned by the same Google account that authorised it. It does not read, collect, store or share any other Google user data, and it never accesses data from other users or channels.

Storage and sharing

• OAuth tokens are stored locally on our own machine and are never transmitted to any third party.
• No personal data is sold, shared, or used for advertising.
• Uploaded videos are retained on YouTube under our channel's own settings.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Limited Use disclosure

Case Went Cold Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
